Vladimir was born in the Ukraine and moved to the US in 1989. A former professional chess player, he studied at Kharkov State University and Stanford University. Vladimir has worked on prestigious software projects for Apple, NASA, and Hewlett Packard. He is the primary designer of C2P and manages the development team. |

Since 2002, Paul has been CEO of Database Republic, the developers of C2P. In 1998, he founded ISPtel, an internet telephony company that had gateway partners in 15 countries. Prior to that, Paul helped grow JPS, a local ISP, to become a national Internet provider with a staff of 150 and offices on Wall Street in three years. |

Legal Data Services
Sarah-Jane has a law degree from the University of Reading and an LPC from Guildford College of Law. She began her career with the London law firm, Baker & McKenzie, where she worked on intellectual property, European law, and corporate litigation. Sarah-Jane interprets compliance regulations for C&R and assesses their impact on businesses. |

Paul has over 20 years experience on Wall Street selling financial products to large institutional clients. He has been a CEO, CFO, executive director, and management consultant for several small companies. Paul has an MBA in finance, is a former certified PMI consultant, and is skilled in the practice of the theory of constraints (TOC). |
