Joe Skulski CEO
I joined C&R to focus on new markets, implement a growing list of service offerings and work closely with our clients, and their supply chains. My 20 year career includes, international business and technical experience, in areas such as product compliance, market development, product design, manufacturing and supply chains, working across Asia, the Americas and Europe.
When not thinking about how to help our clients, I like to spend time in the outdoors and traveling internationally with my family.
Damien McGovern Founder / Chairman
I founded Compliance & Risks in 2000, and developed the idea for our innovative product C2P from my experience in the area of legal compliance. Before I founded C&R, I did regulatory intelligence work in Brussels where I worked for 7 years at Deloitte in tax and legal. On the rare occasions I'm not thinking about compliance, I'm running on the beach with Ballybee the family dog, ridding the roses of greenfly, weeding, playing golf and getting ready to sail.
Sara-Jane Denton Legal Data Services
I lead C&R's global legal data team, researching and making available worldwide regulations to all C2P users. I have been with C&R for 5 years, having previously trained and worked in London and Brussels with leading global law firms. I am a UK qualified solicitor.
In my spare time I enjoy photography, travel and getting out into the British countryside with my family, horse and dogs.
Pat Lynch Finance Director
Before I became the initial investor in C&R, I founded Microtech Cleanroom Services in 1998.
I previously worked as the Finance Director and Controller for the Irish operations of U.S. multinationals Seagate Technology and Summit Technology.
In my spare time I'm a family man, walk the cliffs in Ardmore, give talks on entrepreneurship and network, network, network.
Paul McGovern Business Development
I head up the business development side of C2P for Compliance and Risks from C&R's US base in California.
In 1998, I founded ISPtel, an internet telephony company that had gateway partners in 15 countries. Prior to that I helped grow JPS, a local ISP, to become a national Internet provider with a staff of 150 and offices on Wall Street in three years..
In my spare time I like to surf, ski, snowboard, coach tennis, read and travel, and do as much of all that with my family as I can.
Vladimir Strugatsky Technology & Product Design
I lead an amazing team responsible for developing our flagship product, C2P.
I started with Compliance & Risks in 2004 and quickly got immersed in C2P as it progressed from conception to launch to wide acceptance at over 150 companies.
I joined Compliance & Risks after working for several years as an Information Technology Consultant for government agencies and private companies. Prior to that, I spent six years with Apple, where I managed special projects in the Enterprise Technology Services group.
