    The Product Management team strive for excellence by driving a compelling product vision, listening to customers, being data-driven, and prioritizing to always maximize value delivered. The Project Manager will plan and oversee the work of the Product Management team. 

     Our Product Management team practices Agile principles in terms of frequent delivery, rapid feedback from users and analytics, valuing failures for learning opportunities they bring, transparency in decision-making and minimal tolerance for politics. The Project Manager works across boundaries, builds relationships, understands the perspectives of others, seeks clarity and influences others. 

    You will be joining a diverse, globally located team. Your working day may require flexibility at times to ensure real-time communication with your teammates in other time zones.


    • Create a program of projects around our roadmap deliverables
    • Support the sponsor in ensuring the business case is well defined
    • Determine and define scope and objectives
    • Plan resources needed and ensure they are efficiently used
    • Draft and own project schedules and plans
    • Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders with recommendations to improve outcomes and/or to manage risks
    • Identify, document, investigate and drive remediation when risks materialize
    • Liaise with the internal and external contributors to ensure the work is done in a timely manner
    • Keep a fluid channel with all to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and followed
    • Use best practices and techniques through execution
    • Establish success metrics and report back on them with recommendations for improvements
    • Plan the budget needed, track costs and report on potential deviations
    • Understand, report and propose actions on capacity limitations


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Or equivalent lifetime experience 
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
    • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
    • Experience of working with Product Managers in the SaaS industry
    • Experience working with agile teams, and managing delivery through iterative development cycles
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full-life cycle
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Ability to manage projects involving 25-50 resources and accustomed to a high-growth environment
    • A knowledge of Content and Technology
    • A team player, with good listening skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
