    Job Title:      Sales Operations Analyst

    Reports to:   Sales Operations Manager

    Location:      Cork, Ireland

    Purpose:

    A key role supporting the Sales Operations Manager in driving and implementing the sales strategy across all areas of the sales organization to support the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for CRM management and maintenance, data analytics and development of key business results communications across the organization. They will also support in the development and execution of the overall sales strategy for the company

    Key Responsibilities Areas:

    CRM Ownership (HubSpot)

    • Own the CRM from a governance, process, reporting and continuous improvement perspective
    • Create and maintain the reporting and dashboard deliverables required to support the sales organization 
    • Maintain data integrity and process supporting this to enable accurate strategic & tactical decisions
    • Manage the implementation of automation tools and efficiencies within the system 
    • Become the go to person for CRM support for the sales organization

    Financial Analysis & Reporting

    • Support Sales Operations Lead in maintaining forecasting cycles including annual projection, quarterly board update and weekly executive updates
    • Support the forecast cadence and process for sales leadership by driving and encouraging sales discipline for accurate, consistent, and timely forecast submissions
    • Own the quarterly commission creation process 
    • Own weekly bookings process 
    • Monitor and report on existing client revenue along with upsell and cross sell bookings within the existing client base
    • Produce periodic sales reports detailing sales rep performance on a bookings and KPI perspective
    • Conduct analysis on sales performance and provide performance KPI metrics in quarterly cadence of sales performance reviews
    • Create adhoc analysis to support the sales organization

    Prior Experience and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a CRM related role 
    • Strong analytical skills – comfortable with pulling and presenting results/analysis
    • Passion for Data and Analytics
    • A business or engineering degree (level 8) would be an advantage
    • Dynamic and creative problem solver
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
    • Outstanding attention to detail essential
    • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
