Ailsa is a seasoned UX and product strategy leader with over 15 years of experience shaping enterprise software across global markets. Currently Senior Manager of Product Experience & Market Insights at Compliance & Risks, she drives the end-to-end user journey for the company’s AI-first compliance platform. Ailsa blends deep user research with sharp market analysis to align product vision with business outcomes – owning the strategy behind major product launches and leading executive communication on product direction.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Ailsa led UX teams at Qualtrics and Workday, influencing global product design and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams. Known for her strategic clarity, intellectual rigor, and ability to cut through complexity, she is often the go-to voice for transforming ambiguity into opportunity.
Ani Nozadze, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Team Lead, Compliance & Risks
Ani is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Team Lead with over 10 years of experience working in various legal positions in Georgia and Ireland. Ani joined Compliance and Risks in 2022 and keeps clients up to date on global regulatory developments with a special focus on privacy. She has a particular interest in personal data protection and has previously managed a department at the Georgian Data Protection Authority. Before that, she was a deputy head of a department at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. In Ireland, she has worked at a Cork City law firm for over 3 years.
Ani obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University and also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from Central European University. She is a qualified lawyer in Georgia and, with her native Georgian language, she is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of Russian.
Travis Norton, Head of Content Strategy and Compliance Innovation, Compliance & Risks
Travis Norton is the Head of Content Strategy and Compliance Innovation at Compliance & Risks. Travis has worked in the consumer products industry for more than 30 years. He has developed a global regulatory perspective while living in China, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
He has been involved with research & development and regulatory technical consultation for the certification and testing of consumer products for leading global brands and retailers. He is also an ASTM member and is currently the chair of the F15.75 subcommittee for Connected Products.
