He has a strong track record of aligning strategy, teams, and execution to drive growth and business transformation. Before joining Compliance & Risks, Manish was with thrv.com, where he partnered with private equity and corporate executives to better align product, marketing, and sales functions to accelerate revenue growth.
His background also includes senior roles at Oversight Systems, PRGX Global, Northstar Consulting, and a range of SaaS and enterprise software companies. Across these positions, Manish has developed deep expertise in building scalable strategies and enabling organizations to capture new opportunities in competitive markets.


Craig Witt: Chief Revenue Officer
With over 30 years of experience as an executive revenue leader, Craig serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Compliance & Risks. He is responsible for driving all revenue-generating processes across the company, bringing together marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. Throughout his career, Craig has delivered accelerated global revenue growth for B2B technology companies, building high-performing teams and strategies that enable sustainable business success.
His extensive background as a Revenue Operator, combined with his ability to align commercial functions, enables Compliance & Risks and its clients to thrive in an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace.


Cara Suarez: VP of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Cara leads strategies that position Compliance & Risks as a global leader in regulatory intelligence. She brings extensive experience in building brand presence, driving growth, and shaping market narratives that highlight innovation and customer value.
Before joining Compliance & Risks, Cara served as Head of Marketing at Kobiton, where she drove expansion for their AI-powered test automation platform.
Cara has also held senior marketing roles across several PE- and venture-backed SaaS companies, where she developed strategies that accelerated growth and strengthened market leadership in the technology sector.


Kerri Whelan: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Kerri Whelan is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Compliance& Risks, focused on making sure our products solve real problems, not just look good on paper.
She partners closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to uncover what truly matters and turn real-world needs into meaningful innovation.
With over two decades in technology, from early videoconferencing at Polycom and Logitech to EV charging, her approach hasn’t changed: the real test comes when the product meets customers in the real world.
