Ani Nozadze is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist with over 10 years of experience working in various legal positions.
Ani has a particular interest in personal data protection and has previously managed a department at the Georgian Data Protection Authority. She keeps clients up to date on global regulatory developments with a special focus on privacy. Ani obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University and also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from Central European University.
Ani is a qualified lawyer in Georgia, and with her native Georgian language, she is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of Russian.


Michelle Walsh, Senior Team Leader, Global Regulatory Compliance Team, Compliance & Risks
Michelle is a Senior Team Leader at Compliance & Risks, where she manages a team of senior legal experts. An Irish-qualified lawyer with over 16 years of experience in global environmental and product regulation, she is currently based in Belgium.
Michelle has a particular interest in sustainability and is a subject matter expert in circular economy, eco-design, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource use. Her expertise also covers WEEE and the transboundary movement of hazardous waste. She leads numerous projects on global legislation and provides detailed analysis of complex legal queries, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality research and regulatory insights.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College Cork and a Higher Diploma in Business Finance and Information Systems. She qualified as a lawyer in 2007.


Andrew O’ Neill, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Andrew is a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Compliance and Risks.
He is an expert in Wireless, Batteries, Low Voltage, and EMC. He has over ten years of experience in enforcing regulations.
Andrew has a Masters of Business (Business Management) from the Irish Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He also obtained diplomas in Electronics from Colaiste Ide and Psychology from Colaiste Eoin.
Andrew has extensive experience across a wide range of regulations, including Radio Equipment, Low Voltage, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Toy Safety, Gas Appliances, Personal Protective Equipment, General Product Safety, Non-Automatic and Automatic Weighing Instruments, and Market Surveillance. He has held roles as a Radio Engineer with Ireland’s Communications Regulator, a Product Safety Manager with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and a Legal Metrology Inspector with the National Standards Authority of Ireland.


Valentina Marchetti, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist & Team Lead, Compliance & Risks
Valentina is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Team Lead at Compliance and Risks. She is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating global regulations across a wide range of topics, with a focus on chemicals legislation and leads a team of international product regulatory analysts/specialists. Valentina also works closely with clients on specific projects.
Valentina has been working with Compliance and Risks since 2021 and supports clients in their global legal compliance challenges with a particular interest and focus on chemicals management, chemicals in products, GHS and nanotechnology.
Valentina holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, has 8 years of regulatory experience in the oil and gas industry and is also qualified as an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor.
She is an Italian native speaker and she also speaks English.


Freida Wüschner Gubbins, Senior Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Freida is a Senior Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Compliance and Risks, with over ten years of experience in regulatory analysis within the electronics and textile industries.
Since joining in 2014, she has gained extensive experience in global regulations for Packaging, Single-use plastics, and the Transport of Dangerous Goods.
Freida has a MSc in Environmental, Health and Safety Management and a BA in European Studies and German.


Alex Li, Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Alex is a Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Compliance & Risks and is the primary Subject Matter Expert for Climate Change, Carbon Footprint and Corporate Reporting (Climate Disclosures). He also oversees ESG/Sustainability Reporting as an Associate Subject Matter Expert, monitors regulatory developments in several Asian countries and contributes regulatory content to the C2P platform regularly.
Before joining C&R, Alex had gained experience working in government relations and market research in China where he advised clients on a broad range of issues including US-China relations, China’s industry policy, and global product trends across industries including Cosmetics, Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Appliances, Tissue & Hygiene, and Toys & Games.
Alex graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai, China with a Bachelor of Laws in Politics and Public Administration in 2019 and McGill University in Montreal, Canada with a Master of Arts in Political Science in 2021. He has studied and worked in China, the United States, Canada and Ireland and is proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
