Annemarie Lagger, Walder Wyss AG., Managing Associate
Annemarie Lagger is Managing Associate in Walder Wyss’s regulated markets, competition, technology and IP team. She provides advice in the legal fields of life sciences (including foodstuff) and information technology, specializing in advisory work, including contract drafting in all phases of the supply chain, and litigation.
Annemarie advises and supports clients with their product compliance, product safety and product liability issues as well as in matters of market access and market surveillance. She represents clients before all Swiss cantonal and federal courts and administrative bodies (including Swissmedic and the Federal Office of Public Health).
Thomas Panter, Senior Associate – Product Litigation and Regulatory Risk
Thomas is a senior associate in the Product Litigation and Regulatory Risk practice of the Disputes, Investigations, and Advisory division in Ashurst. He has a broad practice covering general commercial, and civil litigation (including group/class actions), regulatory compliance, and investigations. He has acted for a diverse range of corporate clients, including within the technology, E-commerce, consumer goods, food, tobacco, life sciences, industrial and automotive industries.
Thomas’ work has an international focus and touches upon the full product lifecycle, including product launches, ongoing regulatory compliance including advertising issues, enforcement proceedings, supply-chain disputes, recalls, and litigation including group/class actions. He has worked on matters of the highest complexity including multi-jurisdiction issues with the largest spanning more than 190 jurisdictions and some of the most significant group (“or class”) action disputes before the European courts.
Ani Nozadze, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Ani Nozadze is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist with over 10 years of experience working in various legal positions.
Ani has a particular interest in personal data protection and has previously managed a department at the Georgian Data Protection Authority. She keeps clients up to date on global regulatory developments with a special focus on privacy. Ani obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University and also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from Central European University.
Ani is a qualified lawyer in Georgia, and with her native Georgian language, she is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of Russian.
Hannah Janknecht, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Hannah joined the Global Regulatory Compliance team in Compliance and Risks in September 2022. She is responsible for the monitoring of regulatory developments in German-speaking countries. She is an SME in several areas including ESG reporting, Climate Change, Climate Disclosures, Supply Chain Due Diligence and Circular Economy. Prior to joining Compliance and Risks, she worked for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture in Germany in the area of the Common Agricultural Policy.
Hannah studied law in Germany (University of Bonn) and holds an LL.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from University College Cork. She speaks German, English and French.
