Before joining Compliance & Risks, Victoria held professional roles that gave her wide experience in legislative and regulatory frameworks and technology: as a Senior Legal Analyst in highly regarded law firms in California, on areas of intellectual property, water rights and environmental regulation, and labor law, supporting civil cases in federal and state courts; and as Operations Manager and Business Analyst in information systems and testing technology for a large corporation providing personnel management.
