Presenters
Lynn Chiam, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Lynn joined the Global Regulatory Compliance team in Compliance & Risks in November 2022. She is responsible for monitoring regulatory developments in China, Thailand, and Malaysia and helps clients with questions about food contact materials, the transport of dangerous goods and chemicals in products.
Prior to joining C&R, Lynn worked for a law firm where she drafted legal memoranda and conducted legal research in civil law matters.
Lynn was admitted to the Bar of Ireland as a graduate of The Honorable Society of King’s Inns and studied her Law undergraduate at Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
Siddhant Shahane, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Siddhant Shahane has been working with Compliance and Risks since mid-2018. Having a masters in Business Law from University College Cork (UCC), he is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Brexit-related product safety.
Before this, Siddhant worked in the regulatory compliance field for a few years in India and is still very much connected to his native land.
Yuko Yamamoto, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Yuko joined Compliance & Risks in January 2022. Since then, she has been responsible for monitoring regulatory developments in Japan and Hong Kong.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Hosei University in Japan, and has over five years of experience as a legal assistant at a major Japanese law firm.
Alex Li, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Alex is the primary Subject Matter Expert for Climate Change, Carbon Footprint and Climate Change: Corporate Reporting (Climate Disclosures). He also oversees ESG/Sustainability Reporting as an Associate Subject Matter Expert, monitors regulatory developments in several Asian countries and contributes regulatory contents to the C2P platform regularly.
Before joining C&R, Alex worked in government relations and market research in China where he advised clients on issues including US-China relations, China’s industry policy, and global product trends across different industries.
Alex has a BA and an MA in political science. He has studied and worked in China, the United States, Canada and Ireland and is proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Orlaith Morris, Content Marketing Manager, Compliance & Risks
Orlaith is Content Marketing Manager at Compliance & Risks, working with the company since 2022 and based in Dublin. In her role, Orlaith leverages her expertise to elevate the company’s brand presence and thought leadership, delivering impactful content that resonates with the industry. With a keen focus on the ever-evolving product compliance & ESG landscapes, her work supports Compliance & Risks’ mission to help organizations stay compliant and achieve their business goals.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Orlaith has years of content marketing experience working in various global industries and organizations.
