Fernanda holds a postgraduation degree in Constitutional Law and has a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law: Subject MedTech Compliance – Regulatory approach focused on Cybersecurity and Data Protection. She is a qualified lawyer, registered in Brazil and Portugal, and besides Portuguese and English, she also speaks Spanish, is currently learning French, and has good competencies in Italian.

Fernanda has over 4 years of experience in the legal compliance sector. Before joining Compliance & Risks in 2019, Fernanda worked as a lawyer, representing several clients and providing legal advice in the areas of constitutional, civil, and commercial law, with over 10 years of legal experience.
