Navigating the EU Packaging Regulation: Expert Insights and Analysis
Webinar Overview
The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) (EU) 2025/40 marks a significant shift in how packaging is regulated across the European Union – and implementation is now beginning to take shape.
Following the recent publication of the European Commission’s Guidance and FAQ documents, greater clarity is emerging around key provisions. At the same time, Member States are beginning to take different approaches to implementation, creating new considerations for businesses operating across the EU.
In this webinar, we’ll unpack the latest developments under the PPWR, explore how implementation is evolving, and highlight areas where uncertainty remains and further clarification is still expected.
If your organisation places packaging or packaged products on the EU market, this session will help you understand what’s changing – and what to watch next.
